Jinny Khanduja, Executive Director (she/her/they/them)

Jinny Khanduja is an organizational leader with extensive experience in programs, management, development, and communications. She has worked for more than a decade at non-profit organizations cultivating mission-driven work in art, architecture, urbanism, and policy. Prior to CUE, she served as Deputy Director at Storefront for Art and Architecture. As Executive Director of CUE, she oversees the organization’s strategic vision and its programs, including exhibitions by emerging and underserved artists, mentorship and publication support for emerging art writers, professional development opportunities for artists and arts workers, and arts education programs for New York City high school students. Jinny holds an M.S. in Urban Planning from Columbia University‘s GSAPP and a B.A. in International Studies and Spanish Linguistics from Emory University.

Jasmine Buckley, Gallery Associate (she/her)

Jasmine Buckley is a graduate of NYU Gallatin, and received a B.A. in Museum and Curatorial Studies. Her studies focused on bringing underrepresented narratives and histories to art institutions. She curated multiple exhibitions at The Gallatin Galleries, and her work emphasizes her belief in the importance of diversity and inclusion in the art world. As the 2023 NYU Wet Lab Curatorial Fellow, Jasmine is working with contemporary artists to develop her skills. She is passionate about making the arts accessible to all and is committed to using her platforms to amplify marginalized voices.

Keegan Sagnelli, Communications Associate (he/him)

Keegan Sagnelli is a graduate of Purchase College, where he received a B.A. in Arts Management and Creative Writing. He has developed a diverse array of experiences in the arts, from video production, to performing arts, to arts education. Keegan brings a community-centered approach to his work. It is his belief that through advocacy and the arts, we can engage in meaningful conversations that embolden all people to live their truths. As a practiced poet as well, Keegan’s writing has been featured in Genre: Urban Arts and Italics Mine, and in 2019 he was awarded the Ginny Wray Prize in Poetry. 

Ninoska Beltran, Gallery & Production Intern (she/her)
Ninoska Beltran is an undergraduate student majoring in Digital Design at CUNY City College of New York. In the future, she hopes to work as a digital designer at a design company. In her free time, she enjoys visiting art galleries and trying new things such as crocheting and painting.

Evelyn Sislema, Communications & Development Intern (she/her)
Evelyn Sislema is an undergraduate student at CUNY Baruch College majoring in Corporate Communications. She has a desire to explore the influence artists have through their artwork in the public eye. Outside of classes, she is involved with cultural clubs on campus. Her goal is to use her background in communications to execute the mission of various organizations from now into the future.

Jocelyn Guzman, Intern (she/her)
Jocelyn Guzman is a high school senior at Bronx Collegiate Academy. She participates in multiple extracurricular activities, such as student government, ModelUN, and community service. She aspires to understand more about the stories and nuances of each person through multiple mediums of art that can be found in a place as diverse and unique as New York City.
